• REVIBE includes a lifetime warranty covering verified manufacturing defects.
   
• If a defect is confirmed, a replacement unit will be provided.
   
• Customers are responsible only for shipping and handling fees, based on location in case of replacement.

• You will not use the Site for unlawful purposes.
• All information you submit will be accurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

We strive to display product colors, features, and details accurately; however, we cannot guarantee full accuracy. Products may be discontinued at any time, and pricing may change.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, limit quantities, or refuse transactions that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration under AAA rules.
By agreeing to arbitration, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Exceptions include claims regarding intellectual property, theft, fraud, or injunction requests.

Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may appear on the Site. We may correct or update content at any time without notice.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.”
We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LymphaTech, including its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site or any products purchased through the Site, even if LymphaTech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, to the fullest extent permitted by law, LymphaTech’s total cumulative liability to you for any claim, loss, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Site, the products, or these Terms—whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise—shall not exceed the lesser of (a) three hundred fifty U.S. dollars ($350.00 USD), or (b) the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or warranties. If such laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
