Shipping Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be read in conjunction with our main Terms of Use. By placing an order through LymphaTech.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by this policy.

LymphaTech currently ships within the United States only.

All REVIBE machines are built per customer request to ensure quality and precision. As a result, orders require a production period prior to shipment. Once shipped, estimated delivery times typically range between 4–8 weeks. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to purchase. Promotional or free shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be clearly communicated.

This policy applies to all LymphaTech products, including but not limited to:

• Pulse EMS Massage Gun
   
• Pulse EMS Massage Pad
   
• Revibe Full Body Recovery Platform

• REVIBE includes a lifetime warranty covering verified manufacturing defects.
   
• If a defect is confirmed, a replacement unit will be provided.
   
• Customers are responsible only for shipping and handling fees, based on location in case of replacement.
  

Shipped products are not eligible for any refunds or returns. Refunds may be considered only for products picked up in person, provided the product meets all eligibility guidelines outlined by LymphaTech.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees. And restoking fees of $800, If a purchase included free or promotional products, the customer will be charged the full retail value of those items if a refund is approved.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. LymphaTech is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect addresses. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before purchasing.

Returns may be accepted only if the product meets eligibility requirements outlined on the Site. Products must be returned in original condition unless otherwise stated. Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be completed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected resale or pricing errors.

California residents may contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs if a complaint is not resolved.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LymphaTech. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
